AIF Category I

It is called Secured Investment, where investors can get a Fix return of 8%+ on a Quarterly or Annual basis from the day they start Investment. Rest 10% as Capital gain they can get when the AIF time frame is complete. To date, we have provided 20% CAGR. The Invested amount is invested in Government Bonds, Infrastructure Bonds, and Any State Government ongoing Projects that are at least AA-rated. For more information, Investors can contact our Expert. Payments are collected in 3 Years in part after 1 Year we start the reversal of payment in the next three years.

Category II AIF

Here the amount is invested in unlisted Companies where our research team understands good growth potential in the near future or is likely to list in any exchange like NSE or BSE. The amount can also be Invested in some Startups that have excellent potential. As the Accumulated amount is invested in many start-ups risks are diversified and returns can be expected much higher maybe more than 25% to 35% CAGR even higher.

Category III AIF

Here amount is invested in Listed companies only as per the Investment Research of IIFL or Fund Managers. They Invest in such companies where Owners or Founders have good holds on their companies. Many things we consider are their Sector potentials, Balance List, Overall Debt, Equity Market Conditions, Market Capital, Hold in the world Market, etc.
